We know that starting a fitness program is not easy for everyone.
Getting active doesn’t mean you have to train for a marathon,
do a triathlon or hike Mt. Hood. It simply means you have to start
moving. When most of us were kids the rules of physical fitness
were easy. Your front door opened and you were encouraged to head
outside and play. There were always a group of kids playing tag,
kick the can or catch. Times have changed. Its not that easy and
we understand. However, the front door still exists on every home
and its ready to be pushed open by parents and kids. We are asking
parents to take their children’s hands go for a walk, teach
them tag, show them-don’t tell them the benefits of physical
fitness.
